What is The Little Outfitters?

We are a shopping service for children's clothing and accessories that provides busy parents with an alternative shopping solution. Our aim is to deliver a hassle free shopping experience without sacrificing on style or quality, whilst anticipating trends, seasonal needs and customers’ lifestyles.  

How does it work? 

Simply complete the style survey online and your stylist will handpick a box of clothes based on your child's style profile and ship it to your door. Once you receive the box, have up to five days to make your choices, keep the items you love and return the rest for free in the prepaid mailer bag.  You will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Who is The Little Outfitters for?

We currently offer clothes and accessories for boys and girls sized 12months-8 years.

How much does it cost?

Clothing and accessories prices are in line with other independent retailers. The average price point for a top is £35 and for a pair of trousers is £45. Please speak with your stylist about your budget and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. We take a £15 deposit from your debit card or credit card, a bit like you do when you check into a hotel. This verifies you and your home address. The deposit is redeemable against your total purchase.

How many items are in a box?

There are approximately six to eight items of clothing and accessories in your box.

How do you know what I will like?

With the information you have provided in the style survey and a quick telephone call from one of our stylists, we work with you to send a box we hope you will love.

What brands do you stock?

We have carefully selected a range of European and international independent brands to suit varying budgets that we love and hope you will too.

Is it possible to see what’s inside my box before it is sent?

No unfortunately not, we hope you like the element of surprise. You can tell us if there are any specific items your child needs or that you would prefer not to receive.

How soon will I receive my box?

Once you have received your order confirmation and have spoken to one of our stylists, we aim to post your box within one to two days.

How much does shipping cost?

It’s FREE both ways. We provide a prepaid mailer bag for any returns you wish to send back.  

Can I change the frequency of my box?

Yes, of course. You can pause or alter how often you would like to receive a box.  Send us an email at contact@thelittleoutfitters.com and we’ll update your profile.

What is the returns policy?

You have five days to try everything on in the comfort of your own home. When it’s time to return, place any unwanted items in the prepaid mailer bag and return to any CollectPlus destination. All items must be returned unworn and with all labels still attached.

Can I change the size of an item?

Yes, return the original item in the prepaid mailer bag and send us an email with the preferred size, if it's in stock we’ll post you a new size.

How do I cancel my subscription?
